What makes us different? We’re about Fun, Fitness AND Fertility!
Our fit camp is two parts: 3 days a week you will join others in a group/semi private fitness class.
Set to music to keep the tempo and spirits high, our trainers will work you through strength training, agility training and aerobic fitness. You will work with teammates to improve your cardiovascular fitness and muscle strength.
Twice a week you will meet as a combined group ( the morning and evening fitcamp sessions together) for a 60 minute walk.
Once it will be solely a social walk to get to know the other “campers” and once weekly you will be joined by a guest walker who will lecture on topics of interest to you such as fertility, nutrition, cooking, exercise, vitamin supplements, psychology and acupuncture.
Take advantage of our introductory offer…just $30 for your first week!
After you give us a try, then we ask you to make a 4 week commitment.
It will be hard to see results in one month, ideally plan on working with us for 3-6 months. Habits are formed with more repetition and our goal is to make exercise a part of your life. If you sign up for 3 months, we give you the second 3 months at half price and if you sign up for 6 months, you get second 6 months for FREE!
We are motivated to ensure results.
At the outset, we make take initial stats: height, weight, blood pressure as well as a fertility history: menstrual cycle length, months trying to conceive, treatments used. We will update this every 1-3 months to keep you on track. We will work with you w email reminders to maintain a healthy lifestyle. We are here for you.

The winter solstice will soon be upon us. For many of us, the extended darkness and colder temperatures of winter leads to thoughts of hibernation. It’s a time to curl up by the fire, read a good book, watch a movie, and eat comfort foods. It’s also a good time to turn inward, slow down, and take stock.

Also December is full of temptations, from holiday parties to family functions, delicious gift baskets, and meals eaten out while traveling. The holidays can be tough emotionally too, as well-meaning family members may inadvertently bring up painful feelings when they ask about when you’ll start or...
November is the month we turn the clock back, and now the days are shorter and colder. With less time to go outside and play, we naturally shift into indoor mode. For example, I lighten up on endurance work like long distance running and biking, and instead focus on strength and interval training.

Time can bring relief, like when you break for lunch or get a check on “payday,” but it can also strangle you when it seems like there aren’t enough hours in the day to do all of the things you want and need to get done. But ultimately, how you spend your time is your choice.
Lack of time is a frequent excuse I...
