Dr. Tina Koopersmith

Dr. Tina Koopersmith

Dr. Tina Koopersmith is a board certified physician in both Obstetrics and Gynecology and Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility.

A Duke Medical School graduate, she did all her training at USC. She is a Fellow of  the American College of OB/GYN and a long time member of the American Society of Reproductive Medicine and the Pacific Coast Reproductive Society.  Her clinical areas of expertise include premature ovarian failure and polycystic ovaries, fertility and recurrent loss. In addition to providing fertility services, she specializes in gynecologic disorders, especially hormonal disturbances in young girls with difficulty during puberty and reproductive age women with irregular cycles. She also specializes in minimally invasive surgery including robotic and hysteroscopic myomectomy and laparoscopy. In addition, she works with the Disney Cancer Center providing oncofertility services and fertility preservation.


Rachael Burt

Rachael Burt

Rachael Burt works with people of all ages, focusing on core strength training and endurance performance, constructing special units that bring awareness to healthy food and lifestyle choices which promotes self motivation.

Originally from Wales, Rachael Burt has spent the last twelve years in Los Angeles, CA helping clients aged 12 to 60+ to have increased energy, health and vibrantly fit lives.

With a BA in Sports Science and Human Movement from the University of Wales, Cardiff, certifications from IFA, WWTA, and USPTR as well as a Gold Duke of Edinburgh award, Rachael is highly educated in the “how” and “why” of exercise science. Her primary passion is sharing the importance of combining a high-quality fitness regimen with proper nutrition, emphasizing the need for a holistic lifestyle change.

Rachael has worked with middle- and high school students, semi-professional athletes,  nd middle-aged men and women. With great success facilitating weight-loss in obese children and adults, Rachel has also improved the core-strength and overall fitness in athletes and provided innovative workouts for groups of people wanting to exercise in a fun and positive environment.

Clients are quickly drawn to Rachael’s quick wit and Welsh accent. She is simultaneously strict and playful, able to create an environment where clients feel comfortable but up to the task – knowing they will leave every session feeling both successful and challenged. She believes firmly that for Fitness to become a lifelong habit it needs to be enjoyable. The results her clients achieve are a testament to this philosophy.

Rachael lives with her family in Encino including her two children, that were created with the help of Dr Koopersmith.
